Sun, Day 1
DEPART PARIS

Day 2
PETIT EVENGUE ISLAND
Upon arrival at the Libreville Airport, connect with your flight to Omboué. Upon arrival into Omboué, you are met and transferred by boat 30 minutes to Petit Evengue Island.

Meet the researchers who explain the local gorilla rehabilitation program and describe the history of the area. They take you on a short bush walk and lead you to the gorilla family. Explore the island's rainforest, savannas and lagoon.

Day 3
IGUELA
Transfer by boat to Iguela through the beautiful Mpivié River, which runs through the dense rainforest. This river is famous for its breathtaking views. Drive through Petit Loango National Park by four-wheel drive vehicle to your lodge. Recently rebuilt, this comfortable and charming lodge offers 10 bungalows with toilets and shower, hot water and air conditioning.

Spend the afternoon exploring the Louri Lagoon by boat or walking in the reserve. The reserve is known for its gorilla, elephant, leopard and buffalo populations.

Day 4
IGUELA
Depart by boat for the heart of Loango to Louri, a location close to the beach for optimal wildlife viewing.

(Note: There may be a possibility to stay in a camp where the game gathers in search of water. The accommodations here are rustic tented camps with outside bush toilets and shower.)

Day 5
IGUELA
Explore the lagoon and its islands on a kayak safari (3-4 hours).

Day 6
IGUELA
Visit villages as well as the coast of Petit Loango National Park, famous for its turtles and the many buffalos and elephants on the beach.

Day 7
OMBOUE / LIBREVILLE
Transfer to Omboué and board your flight back to Libreville. Upon arrival into Libreville you are met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 8
DEPART
Transfer to the airport to board your flight to Paris.
